On Thursday 14 December 2023, the strike organised by the Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions (SAK) will affect public transportation in the Helsinki capital region. Due to this, there are exceptional opening hours at the International House Helsinki service centre located at Lintulahdenkuja 2 D.
The General Information and Guidance service desk and the TE Office service desk will be closed all day on Thursday 14 December. On Friday 15 December the General Information and Guidance service desk is open from 12.30 onwards.
The service desks of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV), the Tax Administration (Vero), the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela), and the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri) will remain open according to their regular opening hours.
