Meet our speakers

Heidi Johansson

Heidi Johansson works as PR Manager at Helsinki Partners, a city marketing, investment, and talent attraction company owned by the City of Helsinki. Born in Vaasa on the west coast of Finland, she has made Helsinki her home for the past two decades. Heidi studied Literature at the University of Helsinki, with a minor in Intercultural Encounters.

As a certified Helsinki guide, she works daily to narrate the city to international journalists, influencers, and delegations visiting Helsinki. Feel free to speak with this cosmopolitan Helsinkian in Finnish, Swedish, English, French, or Spanish – she would love to meet you!


Johanna Hattingh

Johanna Hattingh is an accredited life coach and qualified adult learning facilitator. People have always been at the centre of her lifelong career. Johanna has had the privilege of working internationally across three continents. Passionate about teaching and coaching, she enjoyed the challenges and fulfillment of being a Cultural and Development Advisor in a large corporation.

She arrived in Finland at the end of 2021, and learning Finnish with her husband has proven to be great fun. They have three children, living in New Zealand, the UK, and South Africa.


Kamilla Sultanova

Kamilla Sultanova is an award-winning keynote speaker, DEI expert, and multilingual event host who has been based in Helsinki for 10 years. She is known for her energetic and engaging presence, as well as her cross-sector collaborations focused on diverse recruitment and representation, which contribute to enabling a global future for Finland. With a background in container sales within the maritime industry, Kamilla has also lived and worked in Denmark and is originally from Uzbekistan.


Kingsley Ify

Kingsley Ify, former co-founder of Springboard, is a recognised expert in Nordic-African business relations, helping shape strategies and foster partnerships. As the founder and CEO of Elitezone, he empowers leaders and teams to prioritise mental and physical health, treating them like high-performance athletes to enhance resilience and prevent lifestyle diseases.

A former athlete and inspirational speaker, he shares insights on overcoming limitations, wellness, and mental resilience, inspiring diverse audiences to unlock their potential. Beyond his work, he is a devoted husband and father.
