New Helsinki residents are warmly invited by the City of Helsinki to a welcoming event

The City of Helsinki is holding an event to welcome its newest international residents who have recently arrived from abroad. Personal invitations to Helsinki Welcome Day have been sent out by post in May, but if you have just moved to Helsinki, you are very welcome to join!

Helsinki Welcome Day will be held at Helsinki City Hall on Thursday 4 June from 15.00 to 19.00. Helsinki City Hall is located in central Helsinki at Pohjoisesplanadi 11–13. You can visit the event at any time during its opening hours, or stay for the whole event.

This event is for new Helsinki residents. Please sign up for the event in advance on the City of Helsinki’s website.

International House Helsinki will also be at the event, so come and meet us at our stand and learn more about the services we offer to newcomers!
