Our Friend Program offers international newcomers an opportunity to start making friends who live in the Helsinki area.
What is the event about?
This Saturday Social event offers an opportunity to connect with others, enjoy meaningful conversations, and take part in shared activities in a friendly and informal setting. Whether you are new to the Helsinki capital region or have lived here longer, you are warmly welcome to join.
During the event, participants can get to know each other through casual conversations and light activities. The aim is to create a comfortable space where everyone can feel included and connect with others.
The event will be organised in a new format: Table Talks. In this format, participants take part in small-group discussions at themed tables. Each table focuses on a different topic, and participants rotate between tables during the event, allowing them to meet new people and take part in a variety of conversations.
No prior experience or preparation is needed – just come as you are and enjoy meeting new people!
