Looking to meet new people and spend time in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere? Join us for this Friend Program November Speed Friending event organised by the Helsinki Friends community!
Our Friend Program offers international newcomers an opportunity to start making friends who live in the Helsinki area.
What is the event about?
This Speed Friending event offers an opportunity to meet new people, enjoy meaningful conversations, and make new connections in a friendly and informal setting. Whether you are new to Helsinki or have lived here longer, you are warmly welcome to join.
During the event, participants will get to know each other through a series of short, rotating conversations in pairs and small groups. Guided prompts and icebreakers will help get the conversations started and make it easy to connect with different people.
At the end of the event, there will be time for open mingling, giving you a chance to reconnect with the people you enjoyed talking with. There will also be a contact board where you can share your social media details or other contact information if you would like to stay in touch.
No prior experience or preparation is needed, just come as you are and enjoy meeting new people! The event is open to both internationals and locals.
