You probably know that Finland is the happiest country in the world. But what you might not know is that the happiest place in Helsinki is Lauttasaari. Lauttasaari is often referred to as “onnellisten saari”, the island of the happy people, by Helsinki residents. While the exact origin of this nickname is unknown, you are invited to find out for yourself at this event. Perhaps the lush greenery, direct access to the sea and relaxed yet urban vibe have something to do with it?
Participation is free, but you are required to register in advance. Please sign up on the Helsinki Friends website to secure a spot.
