This outing is part of International House Helsinki’s Friend Program and is organised by the Helsinki Friends community.

What is the event about?

In Helsinki, you can step into wild nature without ever leaving the city. This month, we will explore Lammassaari and Kuusiluoto, two hidden green gems located between the popular neighbourhoods of Arabia and Viikki. This peaceful area is home to forests, open landscapes, and rich wildlife.

Whether you are new to the Helsinki area or have lived here for a longer time, this event offers a wonderful opportunity to discover nature within the city, learn something new, and connect with others in a welcoming atmosphere.
