Starting from the beginning of February 2024 and continuing throughout the spring, it will be possible to visit the Finnish Tax Administration’s (Vero) service desk at International House Helsinki without making an appointment.

International House Helsinki (IHH) has the Finnish Tax Administration’s (Vero) service desk, where individuals can apply for a tax card and receive information about personal taxation in Finland. Previously, appointments were required to visit the service desk at IHH, but starting from the beginning of February, visits are made without scheduling in advance. Thanks to this, you can apply for a tax card while taking care of other official matters at IHH.

The Tax Administration’s service desk at IHH will be open on weekdays from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12 pm, and service will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Another Tax Administration’s service point near IHH, open on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm, is located at Hämeentie 15. The Tax Administration’s phone service (029 497 024) helps customers with questions regarding international taxation.

At the Tax Administration’s service desk at IHH, visits are made without an appointment starting from February 1st.
