The International House Helsinki (IHH) service centre, located at Lintulahdenkuja 2 D, will be closed for the holiday season from Wednesday to Friday, 24–26 December 2025, and on 1 January and 6 January 2026.
In addition to these closures, the IHH service centre will have the following exceptional opening hours at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year:
- Migri (Finnish Immigration Service ): Closed from 22 December 2025 to 6 January 2026
- Kela (Social Insurance Institution of Finland): Closes at 13.00 on 31 December 2025
- Employment Services: Closed from 22 to 31 December 2025, and closes at 15.00 on 5 January 2026
- General Information and Guidance: Closes at 15.00 on 23 and 31 December 2025, and on 5 January 2026
DVV (Digital and Population Data Services Agency) and Vero (Finnish Tax Administration) will serve customers during normal opening hours, excluding public holidays.
The Daycare and Education Guidance online service will be on a break from 18 December 2025 to 7 January 2026.
