The International House Helsinki service centre, located at Lintulahdenkuja 2 D, will be closed on Wednesday 6 December 2023 for the Independence Day of Finland. The service centre will also be closed for the holiday season on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 December 2023 and on Monday 1 January 2024.
In addition to these closures, the International House Helsinki (IHH) service centre has the following exceptional opening hours during the end of the year and the beginning of the new year.
- Finnish Immigration Service’s (Migri) desk is closed from 27 December 2023 to 5 January 2024.
- Finnish Tax Administration’s (Vero) desk is closed from 27 to 29 December 2023.
- TE Office’s service desk is closed and serves only online from 27 to 29 December 2023. (The TE Office services in Kamppi and Pasila are open normally.)
- Hello Espoo info is closed on 28 and 29 December 2023.
- Vantaa Multilingual Guidance info is closed on 27 December.
- Central Organization of Finnish Trade Unions’s (SAK) phone service is closed from 25 December 2023 to 2 January 2024. The phone service is also closed on 8 January.
- Relocation Guidance is closed from 23 December 2023 to 8 January 2024.
